A simple routine for pet accidents on hard surfaces
A four-step cleanup routine using fine-powder odor control on suitable hard surfaces, from covering the spill to storing the bottle.
Step 1: cover the wet area
On a suitable hard surface, cover the wet area with powder in an even layer, as directed on your package.
Don't scrub the accident first — letting the powder take up the liquid is what keeps the mess contained.
Step 2: give it time
Allow time for the powder to absorb the liquid. Absorption time depends on the amount of liquid and the surface, so follow the timing on your package rather than a fixed rule.
Step 3: sweep or scoop
Once the liquid is absorbed, sweep or scoop up the used powder and dispose of it according to the package directions and your local guidelines.
Step 4: wipe and store
Wipe the surface clean if needed, then store the resealed bottle in a dry place so it is ready for the next accident.
A note on safety
Pets and children should not ingest the powder. Keep it out of reach while in use, and contact your veterinarian if ingestion occurs — keeping the package with you for reference.
Safety reminder: Pets and children should not ingest the powder. Always follow the verified instructions and warnings on your package.
